Vito L. Ruggeri Oil Painting Floral Still Life Vintage Gold Framed Octagon

The painting including the frame is about 28.5" tall and 24.5" wide.

The painting itself is about 22" tall and 18" wide.

It is an oil painting on canvas that is professionally framed in a intricate gold frame that has a inner black velvet portion.

It is signed L. Ruggeri, which I believe is an Italian artist named Vito Ruggeri.

The painting does have some flaws including scratches and marks. The frame has some chips on the side that are not visible when hung on a wall. It may have other imperfections. See pictures as they are part of the description.
